Recruitment for Recruitments - Consultant ( Freshers)

Job Description : The job profile would entail:
- Handling the entire recruitment cycle (middle and senior management search).
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels online, headhunting, referencing.
- Conducting prelim telephonic and personal interviews.
- Analyzing and managing client's requirements by way of coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Client interaction by distant conversations or interpersonal meetings.
- Achievements of targets.

Client Relationship Management:
- Understanding the client organization with respect to existing business activities, organization structure and culture and future growth plans.
- Meeting up with the clients on a regular basis.
- Ensuring high hit rates with the clients.

Business Development: (basis ability and experience)
- To drive the business forward by growing and developing existing & new clients through face-to-face client visits & solid relationship building strategies.
- Identifying and preparing BD pitches and implementing the same.

Desired Profile :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate ( MBA/ MA).
- Candidates must have excellent communication skills with a penchant for steep learning. Must be process and goal oriented.
- Basic computer and number management skills are necessary.
- Should have the ability to analyze data, draw relevant and useful interpretations and make recommendations based on the analysis and interpretation.
