Job Description
- Accurate and timely resolution of customer queries via E-mail & Live Chat
- Provide support through effective interaction
- Effectively communicate the status of each complaint to the customer periodically
- Ensure 100% client satisfaction
- NO NIGHT SHIFTS
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Post-graduate in any discipline
- Previous Customer Service Experience handling US Customers via web/email/chat in an international call center.
- Good knowledge of MS office (Internet, Email, Chat)
- Willingness to work in Flexible shifts
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills (American Language is must)
- Ability to effectively and professionally present information to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
- Good typing speed
