Job Description
As a Software Support Specialist at Synygy, you will work at our Pune office and will be involved in providing application software support to Synygy's internal and external clients for Synygy software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
--Providing reasonable workarounds for urgent technical problems so that project teams can continue being productive
--Coordinating with members of the Software Development Team to determine if software issues are a result of software defects
--Monitoring, following up on, and reporting on all unresolved issues for their assigned project teams
--Proactively looking out for new features, fixes or technical processes that could benefit their assigned projects
--Proactively looking out for known issues, which could potentially cause problems for their assigned projects
