• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills
• Eye for detail

ACADEMICS
• Graduates with Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, vocational studies
• Candidates with BE, MCA, M.Sc IT, M.Sc SE with prior BPO experience alone are eligible
• Diploma holders with 10+2+3 study pattern alone are eligible

Experience : Freshers / Exp. upto 3 yrs for all the above mentioned skills
